1. General Refund Terms
We understand that circumstances may change after you enroll in our workshops or purchase access to our educational content. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our organization while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our educational programs.
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated based on the timing of your request, the nature of the service purchased, and the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain products and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Completed workshops or courses where you have accessed all materials
- Downloadable resources that have been accessed or downloaded
- One-time consultation sessions that have been conducted
- Promotional or discounted offerings specifically marked as non-refundable
- Third-party services or materials purchased through our platform
2. Workshop and Course Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Period
You may request a full refund under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials
- You have not participated in any live sessions or interactive components
- The workshop or course has not yet commenced
2.2 Partial Refund Period
Partial refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course materials
- You can demonstrate technical issues that prevented course completion
- The content significantly differs from what was advertised
Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of content accessed and time elapsed.
2.3 No Refund Period
No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the date of purchase or if you have accessed more than 50% of the course materials, whichever comes first.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Full refund available if requested within 30 days of initial purchase and less than 10% of content has been accessed
- Pro-rata refunds may be considered between 31-90 days based on usage and circumstances
- No refunds after 90 days from purchase date
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content:

- Allow us 5 business days to resolve the issue
- Refunds may be issued if we cannot resolve technical problems within a reasonable timeframe
4.2 Medical or Emergency Situations
We may consider refund requests outside our standard policy in cases of:

- Family emergencies
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Documentation may be required, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4.3 Workshop Cancellation by Zafireloria
If we cancel a workshop or course:
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- You may alternatively choose to transfer your enrollment to another workshop
5. Refund Request Process

- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow up to 5 business days for review of your request

- Detailed reason for refund request

5.3 Review and Response Time
We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. Complex cases may require additional time for evaluation.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing begins within 2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Credit card refunds may take longer depending on your financial institution
6.2 Payment Method
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
6.3 Transaction Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Exchanges and Credits
7.1 Workshop Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different workshop if:
- The alternative workshop is of equal or lesser value
- Request is made at least 7 days before the original workshop start date
- The alternative workshop has available capacity
7.2 Account Credits
We may offer account credits as an alternative to refunds. Credits:
- Can be applied to any future purchases
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Expire if not used within the validity period
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
8.1 Contact Us First
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
8.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account access will be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
- Future purchases may be restricted
